Privacy policy

What the website remembers without your consent

Only what it needs to work, on your device: how long you have been on the site, that the loading screen has already been shown and that the “Call us” panel has already opened by itself (so it doesn’t repeat); and, for 6 months, your dated cookie choice, so we don’t ask you again on every page. A technical cookie, “corsiva_interne”, is only set on our team’s devices, so their visits don’t count in the statistics.

Analytics, only with your consent

None of the following loads before you choose. “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”, and you can choose purpose by purpose:

  • Audience measurement, with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): pages viewed, clicks on the booking, call and callback buttons, and requests sent, so we know what helps our visitors. Cookies “_ga” and “_ga_…”, 13 months at most.
  • Advertising, with Google Ads: measuring how well our Google ads perform. Cookies “_gcl_…”, 13 months at most.
  • Browsing journeys, with Microsoft Clarity: clicks, scrolling and pages visited, to improve the website, with anything you type masked. Cookies “_clck” (1 year) and “_clsk” (1 day).

Only the tools offered in the banner are used. Analytics data never contains your name, your phone number or your email address.

How long your choice lasts, and withdrawing it

Your choice is kept for 6 months, then you are asked again; sooner if a tool or a purpose changes. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page: the tool’s cookies are then deleted and the page reloads without reading anything else.

Recipients

Analytics data is processed by Google (Google privacy policy) and Microsoft (Microsoft privacy statement), who may process it outside the European Union under the safeguards described in their policies.

Callback form

The information entered in the “Get a callback” form is not stored on this website. It is only used to prepare a WhatsApp message that you choose to send, or not. Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Booking a call

Calls are booked on Calendly, a third-party service with its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by writing to us from the contact page. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
